The 74LVC1G126 is a single buffer/line driver with a non-inverting 3-state output and it is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The 3-state output is controlled by the output enable input (OE). When OE is low, the output is in the high-impedance state. When OE is high, the device passes data from the A input to the Y output. The device implements the Boolean function Y = A.
This device is highly suitable for partial power-down applications by using power-off leakage current (IOFF) circuit. When the device is powered down, the output is disabled, and the current backflow can be prevented from passing through the device.
The 74LVC1G126 is available in Green SC70-5 and SOT-23-5 packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
