The 74LVC1G17Q is a single Schmitt-trigger buffer which can accept the supply voltage range from 1.65V to 5.5V. The device features high output drive while low static-power dissipation can be maintained over the supply voltage operating range, and implements the Boolean function Y = A.
This device is highly suitable for partial power-down applications by using power-off leakage current (IOFF) circuit. When the device is powered down, the output is disabled, and the current backflow can be prevented from passing through the device.
The device is AEC-Q100 qualified (Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 Grade 1) and it is suitable for automotive applications.
