SGM3820
Dual-Output 3500mA AMOLED Display Power Supply
The SGM3820 is designed for powering LTPO (Low Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide) and Tandem AMOLED displays which require VELVDD and VELVSS.
The device integrates one configurable Buck or Boost converter VO1 for VELVDD, and one triple-phase inverting Buck-Boost converter VO2 for VELVSS. Output voltages of all converters can be programmed in digital steps through the selectable I2C interface or SWIRE interface.
The SGM3820 is available in a Green TQFN-4×4-32L package.
