70V, 2.5mA Precision Protection APD Bias Dual-Gain Track/Hold Current Mirror
The SGM41282C integrates a boost converter for generating up to 70V regulated output, a 1×/8× dual-gain current mirror with a track and hold output buffer, which is unique to simplify the fiber module circuit design due to the use of low resolution ADC. The SGM41282C is available in a Green TQFN-3×3-16L package.
