SGM6627Q is a high-efficient Boost converter with high frequency. The device integrates a 0.13Ω power switch with 4.2A (TYP) current limit and supports an output voltage up to 18.5V. A pin selectable 650kHz or 1.2MHz switching frequency provides the device with fast transient response. This device also includes the built-in functions of soft-start, under-voltage lockout (UVLO) and thermal shutdown.
The device is AEC-Q100 qualified (Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 Grade 1) and it is suitable for automotive applications.
The SGM6627Q is available in a Green TDFN-3×3- 10BL package.
